We are so confident that you'll get results that we're offering a Money Back Guarantee. Of course, this is available only for the first property advertised on the site by a new advertiser. Existing advertisers who add a new property do not qualify.
To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, advertisers must meet the following additional criteria:
• Property must be available for rent at least six (6) months during the twelve (12) month listing cycle.
• The guarantee is not valid if the property is sold during the listing period or is leased on a long term basis for more than 3 months
• Property must not be a timeshare or fractional ownership
• Listing must have a minimum of 8 photos provided on site, with the original photos being at least 720 pixels wide without watermarks.
• Listing must be 100% complete based on the fields provided in listing build.
• You must contact us by email within the thirty (30) day period prior to the end of the twelve (12) month term of your listing to make a request for refund under the Money Back Guarantee, if you have received less than 10 email booking inquiries for your property. Amount to be refunded to be equal to the amount paid, and will be refunded within 30 days of request via check if all terms of the Money Back Guarantee are met.
